1. About Our Services

Shore Swim School is a mobile, private swim school serving Cape May County, New Jersey. We provide private, one-on-one and small-group swim lessons for babies, toddlers, kids, adults, and adaptive swimmers. Lessons take place at clients’ home pools, vacation rental pools, and community pools throughout the area. Our website provides information about our programs, allows families to submit registration forms, and connects to our booking system.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the site. You may not:

• Use the website for any fraudulent or illegal purpose

• Attempt to interfere with the website’s functionality or security

• Scrape, copy, or reproduce our content without written permission

• Submit false or misleading information through our registration form or contact channels

3. Registration and Booking

To book swim lessons, families must first complete our online registration form. This form collects the information we need to match your family with the right coach and program. Submitting the form does not guarantee enrollment or a specific time slot. Lesson availability depends on coach schedules, your location within Cape May County, and seasonal demand. Booking is completed through our scheduling platform (Acuity Scheduling) after the matching process.

4. Payment and Packages

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept payment through Square via Acuity Scheduling. Lesson packages and promotional offers are subject to the terms stated at the time of purchase. Package credits do not expire unless otherwise noted. Pricing is subject to change, but any changes will not affect packages already purchased.

5. Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit the lesson credit. Weather-related cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis, and we will always work with you to reschedule when conditions are unsafe for swimming.

6. Assumption of Risk and Liability

Swimming involves inherent risks, including but not limited to drowning, injury, and exposure to waterborne illness. By booking lessons with Shore Swim School, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Shore Swim School, its owners, and its coaches are not liable for injuries or accidents that occur during lessons, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Parents and guardians are required to be present at the pool during lessons for all minor swimmers.
